STAFF A BIRTHRIGHT ISRAEL TRIP
Tailor Made is looking for responsible leaders with enthusiasm and passion to join our team. We are looking for staff with a rich background in leadership, responsibility, and a passion for Israel.

Age 21+

Extended experience in Israel on an educationally oriented program is a plus

Leadership experience with young adults

Involvement in the Jewish community

Passionate and enthusiastic young adults with love for connection, Judaism and Israel

Attend pre-trip staff training (virtual or in-person)

Manage pre-trip communication with participants, co-staff, and the Tour Educator, including emails, phone calls, and serving as a first-line resource for participant questions and trip-related needs

Overseeing airport departure and in-flight travel

Support the Israeli guide with trip logistics and ensure participants are informed and prepared

Build a strong, inclusive community by fostering positive relationships, managing interpersonal challenges, and creating a welcoming environment for all participants

Facilitate discussions and programs that encourage meaningful engagement, connection, and learning throughout the trip

Serve as a positive Jewish role model and provide personal support to participants when needed, including accompanying them to medical appointments
Staff are volunteers, and the position includes round-trip airfare from the departure city on the scheduled group flight, a food stipend, health insurance, a SIM or eSim card, as well as participation all trip programming. In most cases, staff members can extend their tickets for a fee through Gil Travel. Please note, Tailor Made does not cover staff travel costs to the departure airport within the United States or Canada.
