Tailor Made is looking for responsible leaders with enthusiasm and passion to join our team. We are looking for staff with a rich background in leadership, responsibility, and a passion for Israel.

Age 21+
-
Extended experience in Israel on an educationally-oriented program (beyond being a Birthright participant)
-
Proven leadership qualities and experience
-
Leadership experience in the Jewish community

Overseeing airport departure and in-flight travel

Supporting your Israeli guide during the trip

Ensuring a smooth trip for participants​

Help lead educational programming and discussions

Facilitating a fun, flexible and positive enviroment
While the position is unpaid, all expenses are covered on the program, and in most cases, staff members are able to extend their tickets. Please note, Tailor Made does not cover staff travel costs to the departure airport within the United States or Canada.​​​
