Tailor Made is looking for responsible leaders with enthusiasm and passion to join our team. We are looking for staff with a rich background in leadership, responsibility, and passion for Israel

Age 21+

Extended experience in Israel beyond being a Birthright participant

Proven leadership qualities and experience

Overseeing airport departure and inflight travel

Supporting your Israeli guide through the trip

Ensuring a smooth trip operation for participants​

Help lead educational programming and discussions

Facilitating a fun, flexible and positive enviroment
While the position is unpaid, all expenses are covered on the program, and in most cases, staff members are able to extend their tickets. Please note, Tailor Made does not cover staff travel costs to the departure airport within the United States.​​​
