Tailor Made is looking for responsible, energetic madrichim to lead Birthright Israel programmes! We’re after people with a strong leadership background, a real sense of responsibility, and genuine passion for Israel. If you’re upbeat, organised, and love working with people, we want to hear from you!

Meaningful experience in Israel through an educational programme (beyond participating in Birthright)

Proven leadership skills and experience

Leadership experience within the Jewish community

Organise and manage pre-trip logistics

Oversee airport departure and in-flight travel

Support the Israeli guide throughout the programme

Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all participants

Help lead educational programming and group discussions

Foster a fun, flexible and inclusive environment
While the position is unpaid, all expenses are covered on the programme, and in most cases, madrichim are able to extend their tickets. Please note that Tailor Made does not cover staff travel costs to the departure airport.
