Tel Aviv Event Planning and
Marketing Program
Dates: June 2, 2024 - June 30, 2024
Experience Israel like a local! On our 4-week program, you’ll have the opportunity to live in Tel-Aviv, immerse yourself in Israeli culture, learn Hebrew and gain professional business, marketing, and event planning skills. Our program includes trips throughout Israel, apartment accommodations, immersive Shabbat activities and lots of free time to truly experience Israel in your own way.
Immerse in Israeli Culture
From trips around Israel, to weekend activities with local Israelis you'll have the opportunity to explore all Israeli culture has to offer!
Professional Enrichment
While on this program, you'll learn how to effectively market, plan, and run various events throughout the country! Additionally you'll be attending events ran by our partner, DTLV!
Live in Israel Like a Local
You'll have the opportunity to live like a local with apartment-style accommodations, authentic local interactions, and more, while on this program and gain basic Hebrew skills!
Israeli Culture and Language Immersion Program
Dates: June 27, 2024 - July 24, 2024
Experience Israel like a local! On our 4-week program, you’ll have the opportunity to live in Tel-Aviv and participate in an innovative and experiential program based on cultural immersion: learn through topics of Israeli culture and practice with Israelis! Focus on conversational Hebrew with a method that engages you to start speaking and get around in Hebrew in everyday life. Our unique fellowship allows you to meet and
practice with Israelis, learn fun and dynamic lessons led by young and professional Israeli teachers, practice many useful and real situations that will take you out of your comfort zone, and participate in language learning & exchange events and workshops.
Our program includes trips throughout Israel, apartment-style accommodations, group tours and activities, a group Shabbaton, immersive Shabbat activities, and lots of free time to truly experience Israel in your own way.
Learn Conversational Hebrew
Participate in language exchange events and activities where you can practice your Hebrew with native speakers!
Engage with Israelis
Meet lots of Israelis, and connect with Israeli culture in a more meaningful way.
Live in Israel Like a Local
You'll have the opportunity to live like a local with apartment-style accommodations, authentic local interactions, and more, while on this program and gain basic Hebrew skills!

ELIGIBILITY FOR ONWARD ISRAEL

Be an alumni of a 10-day Birthright Israel trip

Applicants between 19-32 years old (or at least one full year post-high school at the start of the program)

Identify as Jewish and have NOT spent 3 or more consecutive months in Israel as part of an educational or peer program (this includes semester abroad, gap year, or any other MASA or Onward Israel program). Note that alumni of Onward Israel programs (even if they are Masa eligible) are typically not eligible to participate in a second Onward Israel program. In some cases, this might be possible (alumni can check with Onward Israel staff on a case-by-case basis), but program subsidies will be significantly lower and therefore the program fee will be higher
