What To Expect On Your 8-Day
Tailor Made Volunteer Trip

Diverse Volunteer Opportunities
You will spend 4-6 hours a day making a real, hands on difference. We go where we're needed most, so no two programs will be exactly the same. You'll most likely lend a hand at the following sites:
-
Agriculture & Farming – planting, harvesting, and supporting sustainable farms.
-
Community & Education – assisting in community programs, youth activities, and schools.
-
Rebuilding & Community Development – helping rebuild areas affected by October 7 and renovating community spaces.
-
Food Distribution – preparing, packaging, and distributing meals and essential supplies for holocaust survivors and families in need
-
Logistics & Operations – assisting with packing, inventory, and humanitarian support efforts.
-

New Programming
New this season, all volunteer trips will include a 2-day trip to the North of Israel! You'll stay in a hotel, complete with breakfast and dinner.
You'll volunteer at a different site depending on the most urgent community needs — no two days are the same, and every effort helps strengthen Israel and its people in real, meaningful ways.
Shabbat will be on your own! You’ll have the freedom to explore, share meals with friends, and experience local hospitality.

Transformative Group Experience
You'll volunteer alongside 20–45 like-minded individuals from around the world—from North America and Europe to South America and Australia. Together, you’ll build a vibrant, supportive international community, planting roots both in the places you help and in the connections you make. Through shared work and meaningful experiences, you’ll gain a new Jewish community, forge lasting friendships, and discover a sense of belonging. Here, you’re not just volunteering—you’re growing, together.
Both options offer the identical transformative experience—only your arrival method differs. Limited spots available for each departure date.

just another trip to Israel?
You've done the research, maybe even participated in a previous birthright trip, but that deep connection to your Jewish identity still feels elusive. What was supposed to be a transformative journey ended up feeling like an elaborate sightseeing tour—complete with crowded buses, rushed itineraries, and surface-level engagement that barely touched your soul.
The challenge is finding a journey that balances authentic engagement with accessibility. You want to do more than just observe Israel—you want to contribute, connect with real people, and grow personally through the experience. Yet most opportunities either feel too surface-level or require commitments that simply don't fit into your life right now.

Not Just Sightseeing
Imagine a Birthright Israel experience where volunteering takes center stage—where every morning you're working shoulder-to-shoulder with Israelis on projects that matter to them. Where you're contributing to communities rebuilding after challenges, supporting elderly survivors with your time and presence, or helping create spaces that will serve locals for years to come.
This hands-on approach creates connections that go far beyond typical tourist interactions. When you're planting alongside an Israeli family or teaching English to excited students, you're not just visiting Israel—you're participating in its story.
